English language requirements
The applicant’s English skills are assessed in the admission Skype interview conducted online or in person. Language certificates as proof of sufficient English language skills are not required, but recommended.
Applicants must meet the following criteria (and demonstrate them in the interview): they should express themselves in standard spoken and written English (B2 level – IELTS min.: 5.5).
Sufficient English language skills are a prerequisite for admission to our English Study Programmes. Applicants with weaker language skills have the possibility to take an intensive language course at the University of Pécs.
