Description of the programme:
The programme is intended for applicants interested in building structures and is open to graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, or a related field of study. Based on the Faculty’s research excellence in structural science, the programme provides comprehensive theoretical and practical training in structural engineering.
The curriculum focuses on the development of experimental techniques and advanced computer applications, while reflecting current trends and innovations in structural analysis and design. Students gain knowledge in key areas such as engineering research methods, construction project management, and numerical methods. The programme also offers a range of elective modules in specialized areas of structural engineering, including steel and concrete design, structures and geotechnics, and geotechnical engineering.
