Registration for the Spring Semester!
Hope you all have an energizing break and ready to start Spring semester. Hereby, I would like to share some information regarding the comming tasks and guide you, how to do.
You are able to activate your status from 8:00, 30 January 2017 till 16:00, 10 February 2017.
1. Please, log into Neptun and click on Administration, then Enrollment/Registration
2. Click on List
3. Click on + next to the term 2016/17/2
4. Choose log in
5. Choose „Active” and Save
If you are self-paid student the requirement of the activation to pay first part of tution fee and payment have to be booked into Neptun by Central Regisrar’s Office. You can check Finaces/Payments. If you face problem concerning tution fee, please, contact us.
The subject registration period: 12:00, 31 January 2017 - 16:00, 10 February 2017.
You can open curricula from our website by choosing your field of studies.
1. Click on Subject / Register for subject
2. Choose current semester 2016/17/2
3. Double click on chosen subject
4. In pop-up window, tick the checkbox next to the subject code ending
-GY (means practice)
-EA(means theory),
-LA(means lab)
5. Some cases you can see
GY-01,GY-02… or LA-01,LA-02…
These are different groups, taking place different time or with different Lecturers. Choose one to fit your timetable.
6. Please don’t take exam code, ending VL or /V
7. Click Add to Shedule Planner
Unfortunately Neptun does show days in hungarian abbreviations regarding subject registration and timetable.
H = Monday
K = Tuesday
Sze = Wednesday
Cs = Thursday
P = Friday
By clicking on Class Shedule Planner, you can check how your timetable developing.
If you face difficulties, please, don’t hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help.
If you cannot finish your subject registration by the deadline, Registrar’s Office accept late Course Registration Request untill 24 February.
Student card validation sticker:
Previous, Autumn sticker is valid until 31st March.
You can collect Spring semester sticker from 1st March until 31st March. Please, find time to take it over during this time, later just those students can have it, who still waiting for permanent plastic card.

Opening hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00-11:30 and 13:00-15:30
Friday: 8:00-11:30
Student status certificate:
If you need student status certificate, we are able to print it from 13 February, when the activation period closed.
