As a first-year student, an exciting new chapter is about to begin – new people, new places, and new challenges await you. To help you navigate this unfamiliar university world, we’ve organized a full week of programs to give you the best possible start to your studies.
During Orientation Week, you’ll learn how the university operates, get to know the academic system, meet the key people involved in faculty life, and explore the wide range of opportunities available to you. You’ll also have the chance to participate in intercultural trainings, explore the campus and the city, and begin integrating into the university community from day one.

- Faculty Presentation – Learn more about your academic home
- Guided Campus Tour
- City Tour – Get to know your new environment
- Intercultural Training – Tips for navigating cultural differences and connecting with others
- Educational System & Neptun Info Session – Everything you need to know about course registration, timetables, credits, etc.
- Collective Enrollment and Neptun Registration
- Assistance with Opening a Hungarian Bank Account
- Social Events and Icebreakers – Meet your fellow students and make new friends
Throughout the week, our student mentors and staff will be available to answer your questions and support you as you settle in.
Registration of attendance is compulsory, for which the invitation and registration link will be sent to all first-year students via e-mail.
