APPLICATION CONDITIONS AND FORMAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCIENTIFIC PAPER:

• 20–60 pages of scientific written work
• Maximum of 2 authors
• Maximum of 2 supervisors
• Bilingual summary

TMDK SCIENTIFIC-ENGINEERING SUBMISSION
Method of submitting papers:
After applying, each applicant will receive access to a dedicated folder under their name where they can upload their paper. The Supervisor will also be granted access to this folder!
The paper must be uploaded in PDF format!

Peer review (Opponent review) of TMDK papers:
In accordance with previous practice, the Supervisor is responsible for securing the peer reviews for the papers. The evaluation sheets will be copied into the dedicated Drive folder for each student individually. The deadline for completing and uploading the two peer reviews is 24 hours before the start of the section session.
The location and method for uploading and submitting the peer reviews are identical to those of the papers, meaning they must be uploaded digitally into the student's dedicated folder, to which the Supervisor also has access.

FINAL DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING THE SCIENTIFIC-ENGINEERING PAPER:
Monday, November 16, 2026, 10:00 AM

DATE OF THE FACULTY ART TMDK CONFERENCE:
December 1–2, 2026

APPLICATION CONDITIONS AND FORMAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ART PROJECT:

• Maximum of 10 pages of project description, conceptual description, or work log
• Detailed presentation of the art project (photos, boards, models, etc.)
• Maximum of 2 authors
• Maximum of 2 supervisors
• Bilingual summary

TMDK ART SUBMISSION
Method of submitting projects:
After applying, each applicant will receive access to a dedicated folder under their name where they can upload their work. The Supervisor will also be granted access to this folder!
The paper AND DOCUMENTATION must be uploaded in PDF format!

Peer review (Opponent review) of TMDK ART projects:
The preliminary review of the projects is carried out by the members of the professional jury, meaning that supervisors do not need to arrange for peer reviews!
