Looking for construction manager with Chinese language skills

Construction manager with Chinese language skills

Responsibilities:
- Construction site work organization (with weekly stay on-site)
- Construction of production halls and logistics warehouses (built from prefabricated elements), managing of the implementation of the associated office parts
- Organizing, managing and controlling of the work of own staff and subcontractors
- Conducting of the general construction to the technical handover with divisions
- Strict adherence to cost and time schedule with staff and subcontractors
- Updating of the project management system and administration (construction schedule)
- Communication with the customer's on-site representative
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge in Chinese
- Conversational Hungarian language knowledge
- Architectural technician/ architectural engineer or civil engineer degree
- Willingness to travel
- Category B driving licence and driving experience
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Process approach, agility
