AI in business presentation competition

  

The competition

▶ Application deadline: 16 October 2023 (Microsoft Forms)

▶ Deadline for submission: 6 November 2023

▶ Feedback: 8-10 November 2023

▶ Presentation date: 14 November 2023

▶ The competition consists of two rounds:

  1. Round: a presentation of at least 10 slides, a general presentation of three legal AI solutions of your choice and a detailed description of one solution.
  2. Round: Live presentation (10 minutes) of the perfected presentation based on the feedback of the professional jury


Prizes for the competition

▶ Our goal is to motivate students to learn about AI-powered technological solutions and experience them firsthand.

▶ The competition invites submissions of business, legal and consultancy softwares designed to help lawyers in their work.

▶ By taking part in the competition, students not only gain useful knowledge and experience, but could also win valuable prizes and the most talented students can get an internship at Legaltech Lab.

▶ The Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs is our professional partner in the evaluation of the presentations.

▶ Prizes (per application):

  • Grand prize: 50 000 HUF
  • Second place: Media Markt voucher worth 30 000 HUF
  • Third place: book voucher worth 20 000 HUF


Presentation requirements and structure

▶ Formal requirements: presentation of at least 10 slides (PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi) in English or Hungarian, sent by e-mail in pdf format

▶ Recommended content:

  • Description of the applicant(s), university, faculty, contact details (individual and team entries possible)
  • Name and contact details of the solutions chosen
  • The main features of the 3 solutions chosen and the innovative potential of their use
  • Detailed description of one recommended AI solution
  • Experiences, benefits, risks, trials
  • Comparative articles, videos, references and their reviews (if any)
  • Pricing of the solutions, differences between free and paid versions (if published)
  • It is important that the solution can be used in the Continental legal system (Europe)
