At the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology of the UP the official submission of theses / diploma works is done electronically. From the academic year of 2021/2022, students in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes must upload their theses/diploma work along with the attachments to the NEPTUN Study System.

The upload is done in the NEPTUN system by clicking on „Upload Thesis” under the menu item Study system/Studies/Thesis-Thesis application.

When uploading the file, you must enter the final title of the thesis.

You can upload a total of two files:

·                    the final thesis/diploma work in pdf format, with a maximum file size of 50 MB,

·                    the annexes compressed into one file (zip file), with a maximum size of 500 MB.

If the size of the files to be uploaded is larger than the available storage space, please report the problem to the Registry Office at kollart@mik.pte.hu including a copy of the screenshot with the error message.

Period of uploading: from 18th of May 2026 8:00 until the 3rd of June 2026 24:00.

Final closing examinations will be organised in attendance form. If you have any specific questions, please contact the head of the programme or the secretariat of the relevant department.
