International conference that attract participants from more than 56 countries
The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Pécs (UP FEIT) is launching a training programme entitled Sustainable Building Materials and Technologies for industry partners from eight countries. In the future, the educational material will also be made available to Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The graduation ceremony of the international programmes of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology of the University of Pécs will take place on Monday, 6 July 2026 Monday (9:00) in Lecture Hall A010, at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (7624 Pécs, Boszorkány Str. 2).
Students at Beihai University of Art and Design recently completed the two-week Silent Architecture workshop, an intensive international design program led by Prof. Dr. Ákos Hutter, Dr Erika Vörös, Júlia Bernadett Török, and Dr Jin Xin. The workshop was jointly organised by the Institute of Architecture of the Faculty of Engineering and IT at the University of Pécs and Beihai University of Art and Design. This year's program was opened by Prof. Dr Gabriella Medvegy, Dean of the Faculty.
As part of the RTIT project, a workshop and study visit dedicated to sustainable and innovative concrete materials was held in Pécs, Hungary, on March 4–5, 2026. The event took place at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT), and brought together project partners and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from countries across the Danube region.
