Applying new student card due to data change

STEP 1:  Documentation Office (Okmányiroda)
Address:  Pécs, Kossuth tér  2. (in the city centre)

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00-20:00

Or alternatively : Kormányablak  Address: Pécs, Szántó Kovács János u. 1. (other side of Szántó Dormitory)

Opening hours:               
Monday: 7:00-17:00
Tuesday: 8:00-12:00
Wednesday: 8:00-16:00
Thursday: 10:00-18:00
 Friday:  8:00-13:30

What happens there:    they take a photo of you and record your signature
What to take with you:
·         your ID or passport,
·         residence permit/registration certificate (from the Immigration Office)
·         address card, if you have
You will get:      a data sheet; on the top right corner you will find a so-called „NEK azonosító” that you’ll need for  STEP 2 (Keep it till you receive your new card!)
                               Check your datas,that everything is correct, how it is your Passport!!! If not let them know straight away.

STEP 2:  Fill out the Student ID application form in Neptun

Open Neptun.
Please, kindly check your data in the Neptun against the NEK data sheet before request, because in order to get the student card produced, entire, correct matching of characters are necessary! If you find any discrepancies, please contact your administrator before request!

→ Student card request              
→ Add new
1)      Type in your NEK identification number (16-digits number in the right top corner of the NEK-sheet you received in the Documentation Office)
Please enter without hypens (000000BAR0000000).
2)      Demand type: data change
3)      Training: you have to see major there
4)      Street address: Please, enter the foreign address, same what is in Neptun - Personal datas
5)       Save

STEP 3: Temporary card

You can receive a temporary card certification from Registry Office, this is valid for 60 days, and can be renewed.  In about  60 days you will get the permanent card. That will be posted to the Registry Office, you will receive an email then you can take it over in Window No.1.

STEP 4:  Stickers

When you receive your permanent student ID in Window No. 1, in front of Registry Office, you will receive the validation sticker on it and you have to collect new sticker every semester.
Collection period       in Spring semester: 1 March - 31 March
                                    in Autumn semester: 1 October - 31 October
Opening hours of Window No.1:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00-11:30 and 13:00-15:30
Friday: 8:00-11:30
